Fish Curry Recipe Ingredients
Fish ( preferrable white, ruler fish, pomfeeat and so on) 1Kg.
Onions 2 Large
Coconut half
Tamarind( Kodampuli ) 3
Green chillies 5 nos
Vinegar 2tbs
Ginger 1
Garlic 3 cloves
Corieander seeds 1tbs
green bean stew 1/2 tbls.
musturd seeds 1/2 tlbs
Curry leaves 5

FISH CURRY RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS

Cut Onions, Ginger and green chillies into the long way Mix the above with fish , turmuric powder and vinegar and put away for 15 mts. Lighty fry the ground coconut and corriender, and gride it to a smooth glue with corriender seeds and stew powder. Add the glue to the fix and onion blend add water, tamarind and curry leaves. Heat in meduim fire until fish is cooked. Add musturd seeds in hot oil and blend in with the curry as a trimming. Cool. Partake in the Fish curry with coconut plans !!!

Super-quick fish curry

Fixings

1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 enormous onion
, slashed
1 garlic clove, slashed
1-2 tbsp Madras curry glue (we utilized Patak's)
400g can tomato
200ml vegetable stock
maintainable white fish filets, cleaned and cut into large lumps
rice or naan bread

Strategy

Fish Curry Recipe Ingredients
Ruler Fish 250 grams Cleaned
Kodampuli 3 or 4 Boil in water
Curry Leaves Small bundle
Red Chili Powder 3 teaspoons
Turmeric Powder 1/4 teaspoon
Fenugreek 1/4 teaspoon
Coconut Oil 2 tablespoon
Ginger 1 1/2 inch piece
Garlic 3 cloves
Salt To taste
Mustard Seeds A Pinch

FISH CURRY RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS

Eliminate the skin, and cut the fish into 1 x 2 inch size rectangular pieces, clean well, channel and keep to the side.
Grind the red stew powder, turmeric powder, ginger, and garlic with little water, to make a smooth glue.
Heat oil in a container, put the mustard seeds, and when they begin faltering, add the curry leaves, and the crushed glue.
Fry the glue at a medium hotness, till the glue becomes steady.
Add the water containing the concentrate of Kodampuli, really look at the degree of acridity.
Whenever the water begins bubbling add the fish pieces, and salt. Add water to the point of covering the pieces.
Cook at a delicate hotness. Continue blending softly (to try not to break of fish) in the middle, or simply shake the container.

Fish Curry Recipe Ingredients:

Fish or Prawns - 2 lbs
Corriander pwd. - 1 tsp
Red Chillies - 6 nos
Turmeric - 1 tsp
Onions - 2
Coconut - 1
Garlic - 6 drops
tamarind - 1 little irregularity.
Salt - to taste
Ghee

Fish Curry Recipe Instructions

Grind coconut and concentrate the milk from half of it . Grind coriander , chillies , turmeric , 1 onion and garlic to a glue . Absorb the tamarind water and strain the juice from it. Brown the cut onion in ghee and add the masala and the leftover portion of the ground coconut. Fry for 5 minutes on energetic fire . Add the coconut milk and the fish or prawns ( anything that u are utilizing ) and stew till fish is delicate . Add tamarind squeeze and heat to the point of boiling once ...appreciate it !

  FISH CURRY RECIPE INGREDIENTS
  • Tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 1 small onion, peeled and chopped
  • 2.5cm piece of cinnamon stick
  • 10g fresh ginger, peeled
  • 7 large cloves of garlic, peeled
  • 1-3 mild dried red chillies
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoons ground coriander
  • Half a teaspoon turmeric
  • Half a teaspoon garam masala
  • 2 medium tomatoes, pureed
  • 400ml coconut milk
  • 450g firm white fish fillets, cut into large cubes
  • Salt, to taste, and lots of freshly ground black pepper

FISH CURRY RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS 

Heat the vegetable oil in a large non-stick saucepan. Add the mustard seeds and, once they are popping, turn the heat down and add the onion and cinnamon. Cook the onion until golden, around 8 minutes. Meanwhile, using a blender, make a fine paste of the ginger, garlic and chillies with 50ml water. Add this to the cooked onions along with the powdered spices. Cook until reduced, then fry over a low heat for 2 minutes or until the oil is released. Add the tomatoes and another 100ml water; cook until completely reduced and fry the paste for 4-5 minutes or until the oil comes out on top. Stir in the coconut milk and 150ml water, bring to a gentle simmer and allow the flavours to marry and develop for 5 minutes. Add the fish and cook until done, around 4-5 minutes. Taste and adjust the seasoning, then serve...enjoy the fish curry !

Fish Curry Recipe Ingredients :
  • Fish - 250 gm
  • Tamarind(Puli) - A small ball in hot water
  • Onions(big) - 1 no
  • (sliced)
  • Tomato(big) - 1 no
  • (sliced)
  • Curry leaves - A small bunch
  • Red Chilly powder - 3 tsp
  • Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Fenugreek(Uluva) powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Coconut oil - 2 tbsp
  • Ginger - 1/2" piece
  • Garlic pods - 4 nos
  • Salt - As reqd
  • Mustard seeds - A Pinch
  • Fenugreek seeds(Uluva) - A pinch

Fish Curry Recipe INSTRUCTIONS
 

1.Clean the fish, drain and keep aside. 
2.Mix together the red chilly powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and fenugreek powder with little water, to make a smooth paste. 
3.Heat oil in a pan. 
4.Add mustard seeds and when they start spluttering, add fenugreek seeds followed by the sliced onions, ginger, garlic, tomatoes, curry leaves and the paste and fry till the oil separates. 
5.Add a tsp of vinegar if desired. ( optional) 
6.Add tamarind extract and check the level of sourness. 
7.When the water starts boiling, add the fish pieces and salt. 
8.Add enough water to cover the pieces. 
9.Cook on a gentle heat. 
10.When the pieces are almost cooked, increase the heat and cook till the gravy thickens and the oil is visible...and the fish curry recipe is ready to serve hot with rice....enjoy the meal !!

BENGALI FISH CURRY RECIPE 

An incredible fish curry formula to attempt !

Fish Curry Recipe Ingredients:
2 tblsp lemon juice2 tbsps.
mustard oil for searing
salt to taste
8 fish fillets8
1 tblsp red bean stew powder
4 red chillies entirety
salt to taste
1 tsp mustard glue
1 tsp turmeric powder
4 green chillies cut
2 tblsp coriander powder
1 tblsp garlic glue
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 inlet leaf
2 cup onions hacked
1 tblsp ginger glue
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp onion seeds (kalonji)

Fish Curry Recipe INSTRUCTIONS

* Perfect and cut fish filet, wash well, eliminate abundance water and afterward marinate with limejuice, turmeric powder and salt.
* Save to the side for 30 minutes.
* Heat up a container, blend in 1 tblsp oil, shallow fry marinated fish from the two sides until marginally cooked.
* Take off and keep to the side.
* Heat up leftover oil, blend in mustard seeds, kalonji, entire dry red chillies and narrows leaf, pan sear for a couple of moments till seeds pops, blend in ginger, garlic glue and sautéed food again briefly.
* Blend in cut onion and pan fried food until marginally brown in shading.
* Blend in mustard glue, red bean stew powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder, pan sear masala pleasantly until oil begins isolating.
* Change water and salt, bring to bubble and afterward blend in shallow seared fish, put green bean stew cuts on top.
* Pan sear on a sluggish fire until fish get cooked and oil begins drifting on top of sauce.
* Take off and improve with cut green coriander leaves. The fish curry formula of Bengali is ready...enjoy it !
