Kerala Fish Curry recipe
Fish Curry Recipe Ingredients:
Fish or Prawns - 2 lbs
Corriander pwd. - 1 tsp
Red Chillies - 6 nos
Turmeric - 1 tsp
Onions - 2
Coconut - 1
Garlic - 6 drops
tamarind - 1 little irregularity.
Salt - to taste
Ghee
Fish Curry Recipe Instructions
Grind coconut and concentrate the milk from half of it . Grind coriander , chillies , turmeric , 1 onion and garlic to a glue . Absorb the tamarind water and strain the juice from it. Brown the cut onion in ghee and add the masala and the leftover portion of the ground coconut. Fry for 5 minutes on energetic fire . Add the coconut milk and the fish or prawns ( anything that u are utilizing ) and stew till fish is delicate . Add tamarind squeeze and heat to the point of boiling once ...appreciate it !
