BENGALI FISH CURRY RECIPE 

An incredible fish curry formula to attempt !

Fish Curry Recipe Ingredients:
2 tblsp lemon juice2 tbsps.
mustard oil for searing
salt to taste
8 fish fillets8
1 tblsp red bean stew powder
4 red chillies entirety
salt to taste
1 tsp mustard glue
1 tsp turmeric powder
4 green chillies cut
2 tblsp coriander powder
1 tblsp garlic glue
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 inlet leaf
2 cup onions hacked
1 tblsp ginger glue
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp onion seeds (kalonji)

Fish Curry Recipe INSTRUCTIONS

* Perfect and cut fish filet, wash well, eliminate abundance water and afterward marinate with limejuice, turmeric powder and salt.
* Save to the side for 30 minutes.
* Heat up a container, blend in 1 tblsp oil, shallow fry marinated fish from the two sides until marginally cooked.
* Take off and keep to the side.
* Heat up leftover oil, blend in mustard seeds, kalonji, entire dry red chillies and narrows leaf, pan sear for a couple of moments till seeds pops, blend in ginger, garlic glue and sautéed food again briefly.
* Blend in cut onion and pan fried food until marginally brown in shading.
* Blend in mustard glue, red bean stew powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder, pan sear masala pleasantly until oil begins isolating.
* Change water and salt, bring to bubble and afterward blend in shallow seared fish, put green bean stew cuts on top.
* Pan sear on a sluggish fire until fish get cooked and oil begins drifting on top of sauce.
* Take off and improve with cut green coriander leaves. The fish curry formula of Bengali is ready...enjoy it !
