Super-quick fish curry

Fixings

1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 enormous onion
, slashed
1 garlic clove, slashed
1-2 tbsp Madras curry glue (we utilized Patak's)
400g can tomato
200ml vegetable stock
maintainable white fish filets, cleaned and cut into large lumps
rice or naan bread

Strategy

Heat the oil in a profound dish and delicately fry the onion and garlic for around 5 mins until delicate. Add the curry glue and sautéed food for 1-2 mins, then tip in the tomatoes and stock.
Bring to a stew, then, at that point, add the fish. Tenderly cook for 4-5 mins until the fish chips without any problem. Serve promptly with rice or naan Enjoy !
